Today we are in France for the international presentation of the Renault Clio 2016, renewed version of the French city car, with innovations in the exterior details and quality of interior finishes. Available in sedan and Sporter (or station wagon) bodies, the new Renault Clio will have three equipment levels for standard variants, plus one dedicated to business customers and two Renault Sport versions for most sports.
Already ordered (with commercialization expected in September), the new Clio is available with three petrol engines (1.2 16V 75, TCe 90 Energy and Energy TCe 120, the latter now available with manual and automatic transmission with double clutch EDC, both with 6 gears) and as many diesel Energy dCi 75, dCi 90 Energy (also combined both with the manual transmission and the automatic EDC) and the new Energy dCi 110.
As for the RS range, instead, Renault proposes two levels: the Clio R.S and R.S. TROPHY, proposed with a 1.6 turbo, respectively 200 and 220 HP, automatic transmission EDC with paddles on the steering wheel, new Full LED headlights and R.S. system DRIVE with three driving modes (NORMAL, SPORT, RACE).
The prices of the new Renault Clio 2016 start at 13,350 euros for the sedan variant, 14,150 euros for the Sporter and 24,450 for the RS version.
